TORONTO, March 22, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Currency Exchange International, Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX: CXI; OTCBB: CURN)is pleased to announce the detailed voting results for the election of its Board of Directors, which took place at the Company’s Annual and Special General Meeting held on March 17, 2022 (the “Meeting”). The nominees listed in the management information circular dated February 4, 2022 were elected directors of the Company at the Meeting. The detailed voting results are shown below:

Shareholders approved resolutions appointing Grant Thornton LLP as auditors of the Company and approved a notice settlement with approximately 99.66% and 98.56% voting approval attached to all outstanding shares represented in person or by proxy at the meeting, respectively.
